We want you to be 100% satisfied with the product we make and send to you. We stand by our awesome socks, and those who work hard to bring them to you. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please read the full details of our return policy!
NOTE: This return policy applies to retail customers only. Wholesale customers can find their return policy on the invoice sent to them.
If you would like to cancel your subscription before it ends, please contact us! You may cancel and receive a refund for any remaining subscription months that have not been processed or shipped. The cancellation period before shipment is the 7th of each month. Please allow at least one business day for us to process your request.
We generally do not offer returns or exchanges for socks received in your subscription box. There are exceptions to every rule though, so if you don’t like the socks you receive as part of your monthly subscription, feel free to contact us via our contact form.
PADSN SOCKS wishes you happiness. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we want the opportunity to make the right choice. We will gladly accept returns for refunds within 30 days of your purchase date. If you would like to return your items for a refund, we only require that they be in new condition (ie: unworn with tags still attached). If it’s been more than 30 days, we may not be able to offer a refund on your transaction due to its age, but please get in touch as we’re always happy to make an exception and see what we can do!
Replacement of defective or damaged items:
Defects rarely make it through our QC process, but they do happen! If we send you an item that is defective, such as a hook, tear, hole, or sewing issue, we would appreciate the opportunity to correct it and send you a replacement.
We are also happy to replace our products if you have used our products for a few weeks, washed and worn them a few times and notice premature wear. Please do not return anything to us that has been worn or washed, just contact us and we will be happy to assist you. If we find a problem that qualifies for a replacement, you are welcome to keep the damaged item. Maybe you can work the magic and repurpose them as hand warmers, kitty sweaters…there’s no limit! We know our fans are a creative bunch, so when you’re crazy about these, we’ll send you a new pair of socks or panties for a walk around town!
All exchanges are welcome! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if what you receive isn’t what you hoped for, we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange within 30 days of purchase!
